The Last Call Recognition page is dedicated to honoring and remembering our fellow EMS providers who have passed away. This space serves as a tribute to their service, sacrifice, and lasting impact on the patients, colleagues, and communities they served. We recognize that each individual leaves behind a legacy of compassion, commitment, and professionalism that continues to live on within the EMS community.

Members are invited to submit a recognition in memory of a fallen provider. Submissions may include the individual’s name, agency affiliation, years of service, personal reflections, and, if desired, additional information or an obituary to accompany the recognition. These tributes ensure that our colleagues are remembered, their contributions are acknowledged, and their service is never forgotten.
